I've been on the floor for my new job for three days. And I absolutely love it here! I love helping keep students sane while they go through the otherwise hair-pulling financial aid process. I was reading back through my original post about it and reading Jeanie's comment about God putting me into a ministry. And He sure has! I've loved getting to know some of the people here and minister to the students He's brought into my path. What an amazing God we serve!
Disciple of Christ. "Talmid" stresses the relationship between rabbi and disciple. A talmid of Jesus' day would give up his entire life in order to be with his teacher. The disciple didn't only seek to know what the teacher knew. The foremost goal of any talmid was to become like the rabbi and do what the rabbi did. (Courtesy www.followtherabbi.com)

That He is! It's amazing what He'll do when we yield our lives to Him.
It is good to write an "altar of rememberance," because there will likely come a day or two when you'll say "What am I doing here?" And looking back to your own words, you will know that you are living out on earth what has been spoken in the heavens!
